Chilly Cthilly

I think I'll be redoing the Chilly Cthilly mythos, and I'll be starting with the big penguin themselves.
Kaiju are both created and powered by a fluid called the Harryhausen elixer. This substance in seconds replaces the blood of those that are exposed to it to more Harryhausen elixer, causing near immortality through regeneration, many strange abilites, and of course, giant size. The Harryhausen elixer can come about in three ways. The first is through the creature being exposed to radiation, which can turn the blood of animals exposed to large doses of radiation into kaiju, although the effects are not always instantaneous, and may come on at a time. The second is being born with it; a few rare species regularly mutate into kaiju, while the children of those who regularly are around aliens or are exposed to fallout may become kaiju. The third way is, through being exposed to the Harryhausen elixer as previously discussed, through things such as it making its way into an open wound, or through consuming the flesh of an alien or a kaiju.
Chilly Cthilly is an interesting case of a kaiju, as their mutation came as a one-two punch, first with their caves being exposed with large doses of radiation, turning them into a small-scale kaiju, and secondly with the consumption of a shoggoth, which turned them from a large and peculiar animal to a full-blown kaiju.
Below is a kaiju file, like the ones I did for the original start of the story, if there have been some things changed.

Name: Chilly Cthilly, name is derived from the shivers they experience when stuck in warmer climates, as well as their mournful, haunting cry.
Kaiju Origin: Testing of a new nuclear weapon in the Antarctic wastes, as well as the consumption of an eldritch, alien entity.

Notable Stomping Grounds: The Antarctic ice caves, a series of caverns in the center of Antarctica, home to strange life forms not found anywhere else.
Biology: Once an ordinary member of a species of massive, subterranean penguin that dwelled deep in the arctic, it is unknown how Chilly Cthilly and the rest of their species have survived for so long.Their only predators seemed to be the massive masses of protoplasm now known as "shoggoths", which were also one of the few other creatures that survived in the caves. Scientists currently believe that the penguins mostly subsist off the remains of the shoggoths, which causes there large sizes, and makes them more susceptible to turning into kaiju. Chilly Cthilly themselves likely turned into a kaiju due to being to close to the surface when the bombs hit; a simple case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. The rays emited from his stomach eye are actually powered beams of solar energy, and they cannot be used in lightless conditions, such as underground or during a solar eclipse. Although Chilly was a kaiju before the consumption of a shoggoth, their strange solar-based powers, as well as their useless but intimidating wings, only were grown after the shoggoth’s consumption. Exactly why this is unknown. Since this encounter, Chilly has gotten a taste for other kaiju, and has been known to consume parts of foes they have defeated. When under stress or extreme bodily injury, new limbs may sprout from their wounds, these limbs often ending in either barb-covered spades or bundles of jelly which resembles frog eggs, and can be used as a focus for the creature’s powers. These limbs typically shrivel and fall off after a few days.
Powers: Sharp beak, lasers emitted from stomach eye, when under extreme stress may spontaneously grow extra limbs.
Personality: Chilly Cthilly is a even-tempered creature, especially for a kaiju. They, despite this, will occasionally find themselves in vengeful fits if a kaiju does certain things, such as harming birds, sleeping, or emerging from the darkness. Although Chilly Cthilly’s motivation for traveling the world is to seek out other kaiju to prey upon, those that are either inedible or tenacious enough not to crumble against the creature will find themselves with a annoyingly persistent friend. They seem to miss the other cave penguins very much, and have been known to travel to the cave systems in their downtime, trying to enter the caves over and over again, hitting their head against the cave ceiling, until they are forced to depart in sadness.
